On October 25, 2006, at Khabarovsk State Academy of Economics and Law (FECEE's partner on the Project "Cooperation in the development of small and medium business in Khabarovsk" funded by FRAEC on USAID means of technical support in 2005-2006) there was held a videoconference session for Russian and American students.
The participants of the videoconference were Khabarovsk students participating in the Project, and students of Western Washington University (WWU) Business School, Bellingham, WA, USA.
The students from Khabarovsk made reports on the following topics:

Youth entrepreneurship in Khabarovsky Krai;

Crediting as one of the aspects of youth entrepreneurship development;

Relationships of university administrations and students on the issues of youth entrepreneurship development in Khabarovsk

Training of young entrepreneurs to perform in small business sphere in Khabarovsk.
Russian students asked American students the following questions:
- What are the measures to support youth entrepreneurship in the U.S.?
- Youth parliamentary structures at legislative authorities at the federal and state levels;
- Mechanisms of interaction of the youth with legislative authorities (the Parliament) on the issues of youth entrepreneurship development in the U.S.;
- Programs and foundations to support youth entrepreneurship development in the U.S.;
- Problems of youth entrepreneurship and ways to solve them;
- Position and role of business society in the development of youth entrepreneurship;
- Opportunities of financial institutions in the development of youth entrepreneurship;
- Foreign experience of youth entrepreneurship support and development at the university level.
